Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Session website or mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Session (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Session platform.
2. Platform Usage & VRChat Terms
Session is built on top of the VRChat API. By using Session, you also agree to be bound by the official VRChat Terms of Service and VRChat Community Guidelines.
- You are strictly prohibited from using Session to circumvent VRChat bans or moderation actions.
- Any actions taken inside a Session-generated VRChat instance must comply with VRChat’s ecosystem rules.
3. The Aura System & Moderation
We maintain the right, at our sole discretion, to monitor, suspend, or terminate user accounts based on the Aura reputation system or direct user reports. Trolling, harassment, or malicious use of the Escrow Bot system will result in immediate termination of your Session account.
4. SessionPro & Escrow Payments
For users utilizing the SessionPro marketplace:
- Session acts only as an intermediary booking and escrow platform connecting Clients with Creators.
- Session is not responsible for the ultimate quality of the service provided by the Creator inside the VR instance.
- Funds are held in Escrow and released upon the confirmed conclusion of a booking. Disputes must be filed through our official support channels within 24 hours of the session’s conclusion.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Session, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
